I like your choice of main image and I like your background colour, which will stand out well in the shops. You have some important conventional features missing, that need to be included for a pass grade. You have some blank areas eg above the left arm and in the top left third of the cover - the most important place on the cover. Try to arrange your insert pictures around the arm of your main feature character and reset your coverlines so they do not overlap dark colours but link more clearly to the picture they are denoting.
